I AM WELL. I AM HEALTHY. I NOURISH MY PHYSICAL BODY WITH HEALTHY FOOD AND DAILY EXERCISE. I NOURISH MY MIND WITH STILLNESS, RELFECTION AND TIME FOR SACRED PAUSE. I SEND GRATITUDE TO MY IMMUNE SYSTEM, MY PROTECTIVE ARMOR. I FEEL STRONG. I AM WELL.
